It's a wrap!

These are at the bottom back edge of the wrap. I am pleased with the outcome but did not expect it to be as labour intensive when I first proposed the idea of a wrap.I just hope it fulfils the criteria.

This peeks around from the front to give a glimpse of the detail on front of wrap.Last picture is a close up.

These next pictures show the detailing.

This shows the back of the wrap.

This next shows how it is designed to be worn and is the front view.

This first picture shows the wrap laid out flat on the floor to show its spiral shape.

As far as I am concerned it's done ,as am I.

I have had a very active day -gardening,cooking and finally stitching.I am posting pictures though how well they will look I'm not sure as it's darker because of rain here.Anyway it will give a flavour of what I've done.

I love it! I love the wonderful embroidery, the fragile wavy lines, the subtle green of the background, the contrast between the flat areas and the rich details. Beautiful

It's so elegant, Ferinn - much nicer than the newspaper one!
The slips look great and it sits so beautifully on the shoulders.
great job - rest on your laurels.
